ReplyDeleteNo, nothing is connected to facebook. It does look like it is, but it's not. You can vote one time on each picture. If the votes didn't change, it's probably because you already voted. Hopefully that helps!

ReplyDeleteam so bummed I never got the email that Oaklynn was in the finals until tonight, it was in my spam. Just so you know though, the voting isn't working properly. I have had 5 people so far in the last 10 minutes that I shared the link say that her number has never changed when they voted. She has just stayed at 69 for all of them. And wow on the votes in the thousands? I have done some contests with parents mag. and they never have even gotten that many votes. Pretty crazy. :)
ReplyDeleteThe voting works like this. You can vote multiple times as long as another device, (computer, phone, ipad...ect.) votes before you vote again. Example, you can have your computer on and vote, then vote with your phone then vote with you computer, on and on. Thats how these votes are getting so high. Its not a cute kids contest, its how many resources the parents have to manipulate the system.
