Blogger has LOTS of changes in store for 2011 and I'm really excited to see what they all are! I usually don't do well with change, but from what I've seen so far it looks like everything will just keep getting better. Always a plus.
I heart Blogger.
First up...here is something that's kind of interesting. Blogger is coming out with 5 new templates. TOTALLY different from the regular blog layouts. Take a look.

Flipcard, Mosaic, Sidebar, Snapshot and Timeslide.
You can even test it out on your blog. Just ad "/view" to the end of your blog url. Click here if you need some help.
I love how Blogger is really trying out some fun new things. On the other hand, they are SO different from the normal layouts that it will take me awhile to get used to. What do you think? Leave a comment letting me know!

I really like that they are changing things up. I think it will take a minute to get used to it though. Change is good! :)

ReplyDeleteI think it's very cool, but I think it's going to put little blog designers like you, HotBliggityBlog, DottyDot, CBOTB and so many others out of business. There's no need, or even any room for templates and backgrounds and accessories. Are you scared?

While updating my blog I came across Dynamic Views. While it was refreshing to see something new it was also quite terrifying. It seems like a little much all at once. And as a reader I would be thoroughly annoyed. But it's something new that could be the next thing so perhaps I should stop being a Grandma and embrace it?
