ReplyDeleteI don't have a photo, but wow, how privileged. Someone at the company I work for brought in a tree today (live one) that was tall enough that the tip almost reached the railing on the second floor staircase. I'm not really into Yule, more into the living remembrance of darkest night being a wiccan-ish, but still I found their poor dead cut tree pretty impressive and exciting. Then when I got home from work a survey awaited me from a panel I belong to about homelessness. I couldn't help but think how lucky most people are;to have a tree let alone such a huge tree and it made me wish my workplace did something for that/about that. Something. I mean they do big cancer blitzses for donations; so why not something that means even more; especially at yule tide?
