March 2010 free computer desktop theme

Sorry I didn't have this up earlier! My cute baby sister is having her first baby as I type, so I've been on the phone all day long! I'll be sure to put the next free desktop theme up before the end of the month this time! Hope you like it!

The digital scrapbook kit I used is called "Lucky You" and you can grab it over at Just So Scrappy. This kit comes with a TON of stuff and was only $1.50!! Wahoo!!  Thanks Katie!!!
