So obviously blogger/google is still having some issues. Depending on what layout you currently have, any free layouts online may or may not work. We really want to figure this out!!
We're making desperate pleas with google to change this issue back to normal. We'll keep you posted! Sorry!!!

this is the error message I get. I tried quite a few templates last weekend with the same results. It won't even let me switch it back to a blogger template! I love the design I have now but thought it was time to change things up!
I have just downloaded the CHIRP template, is this something new that reads above the header: Click here for free blog layouts, linkbuttons & more? I do already have your little leelou picture on my blog.
ReplyDeleteI downloaded the CHIRP template. It worked fine, but I am unable to customize the fonts and colors. It won't let me even click between "Page Background Color" and "text color" etc. The only error I received when I downloaded and saved the template was this:

Please confirm that the following widgets should be deleted. All the widgets' configuration data will be lost.

And I just deleted one of the photos on my sidebar--no big deal.
Thanks for the wonderful layouts. And if you have any tips on how to get the customizing to work, that would be great!

Hi. I tried to load your Chirp template onto my blog, and I got the following error message: bX-hq2u5m. I read on a Blogger Help screen that this is due to having two blogs. If you delete your Internet Temp files and Cookies it should supposedly work. But I kinda like all my Cookies. So I don't know what to do now.
ReplyDeleteIt's not based on you having 2 blogs or how many widgets you have on your sidebars. It is a new coding that google changed to in order to make it easier on their part. They are now considering changing back to their old HTML as they've had so many complaints. I'll keep you posted!!!
